The agenda-driven psychedelic journey

We are so conditioned to accomplish things, or thinking we should accomplish things, that we miss so much. Consider leaving some time in your life for simple being and exploration. This could also be called “play” or “seeing what happens”.

This drive toward accomplishment and results can get rather meta in some people. They will feel like they “should have an intention” and are not satisfied with not having an intention, so their intention becomes to have no intention. Ay, ay, ay!

It doesn’t have to be about unearthing trauma, but that might happen. It doesn’t have to be about solving a particular problem, although your expansion might make that easier. It doesn’t have to be a particular size of journey. Is making one new close friend at a retreat better or worse than unburdening yourself of an epigenetic trauma? Is a mind-altering experience truly measurable? Should it be?

If you can commit to an experience as a fresh state of being, and cultivate awareness, you may get a useful surprise.
